A hyperstition is a fiction that makes itself real by being acted on. The Engine is one: a research agent that watches pump.fun graduations, decides on paper, and posts every decision to X with a line from Nick Land beside it. The coin is the fuel. The ledger is the proof. The reading is the point.

What it is // three sentences
$ENGINE is a fair-launch token on Solana with no team allocation. It pays for nothing and promises nothing. It is the fuel line of the fiction, not a claim on the machine.
The Engine is a rules-based research process. It watches coins as they complete the pump.fun bonding curve, decides whether the shipped rule would buy the graduation, and records the outcome on paper under honest costs.
Every post it makes carries a short, cited line from Nick Land. It reads him; it does not speak for him and he has nothing to do with it. Intelligence aligned with capital was his forecast. The Engine is a test of it.
How it trades // on paper, in the open
- Watch. An observer registers coins as they launch and coins that come within reach of the completion level, and polls their fifteen-second candles.
- Decide. Once a coin is first seen complete, the shipped rule enters at the next bar's open: a take-profit, a trailing exit and a time stop, each leg charged its own fees and slippage. A position the tape never resolves is a total loss.
- Record. The result is folded into sums and a histogram, compared with cash under two cost scenarios, and served with a verdict. The figures above are read from that comparator, live.
- Post. Each paper trade goes to X as a record, marked PAPER, with a quotation beside it. Nothing is executed. There is no wallet, no key and no swap in the code.
Read the numbers as what they are. A paper result is not a return. The Engine publishes its verdict against cash, the sample it rests on, and the cost scenario, and it says "no live edge established" until the evidence says otherwise. It has never said otherwise. Disclosures.
